1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Our standard shipping method typically takes 5-7  business days for delivery for standard merchandise and 10-14 days for custom items within the U.S.  Expedited shipping options are also available for faster delivery for standard merchandise and usually takes  3-5 business days and 5-7 days for custom items. Additional Fees will apply to have custom custom items expedited. 

2. Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting specific criteria, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
